I have seen sunsets the very same hue in New Mexico; so for me, it is quite believable. Would have loved to have been able to enjoy it in real life ... very beautiful.

The only critique I could offer is that it seems to be out of focus, at least on my laptop LCD. But I don't neccessarily see that as a drawback, given the subject. Ria

I think the black cloud at the bottom is a bit distracting. Needs to be sharpened a bit too.

Just my .02 cents.

Not sure about the colour casting in this shot. Maybe some heavy noise reduction and possibly some heavy gaussian blurring and it might make a cool adstract shot

The color is very nice.

The only problem that I have with the picture is that there is no clear subject. I know it is a picture of the clouds but I think it would look more intresting if you add some land to it.

Hi Alex,

I agree with some things in the above posts.... the colour seems a bit off (too much purple / orange, at least it looks blown out in the orange on my monitor). And some land to "anchor" the sky might help.

However you've captured / produced some cool colours. Maybe Ken's suggestion as an abstract is a good idea / use for this photo.

Still thanks for sharing.

Paul
