Overall it is a nice shot, but would have been better if the camera angle had been in a position to capture both pupils. The hot spots on the ear are distractions, but can be easily edited out in post as you can see in my edit. Exposure is a tad hot and converting to greyscale isn't the best choice for b&w conversions.

Always frame extra space for portraits to allow for the different print size crops.
