Hi Wrams,

You have done a good job with the height of the horizon on this as it is nicely balanced, however my eye just wants to see what is further to the right as it looks as if there is another possibly interesting body of water there. Also your horizon is not quite horizontal (it is out by approx 0.5 deg) which although not a lot it is enough to distract. I'm not sure what settings you used but the buildings further away are a little soft so would say you could do withclosing down the aperture acouple more f stops to resolve this. I think it would help (and this is my last point so don't worry) if you applied a little Unsharp mask as this really pulls the shot up.

Happy shooting,

Mark

I like this one better as you are more led into the shot but I think just a little more right would have been a real winner. As for the f stop it would depend on focal length and where you focus. The usual rule for landscape is to focus approx 1/3 or the way into the shot. If you are atthe wide end of your S9500then f8 is a good place to be as it is often the best resolution from a lens.

That is my fave I think. The perfect one is probably half way between the last two lol. If you have them all roughly the same size then turning these into a panoramic would be cool. Have a go with Autostich and see what you get!!

Great photos, but how about stitching them and making a panorama photo?

Wouldnt it be better?
