Not bad but somewhat nondescript.

there is no focal point of the shot.

Also, when in doubt, carve the shot up into thirds..

ie. the horizon 1/3 from the bottom of the frame or 1/3 from the top of the frame.

also, that tree feature, align it 1/3 from the left of the frame.

Then the shot has a chance of being a good composition.

sorry for being a little critical, but really its the best way to learn.

I know what your saying about the rule of thirds Terry, but this was the look I was going for. Thanks for your input though.
