I don't want to seem critical but your focus seems to be on the sign and not the car. The focus on your car is off a little. Look at the rear of the car and you will see what I'm talking about. It's got a real soft feel.

Hey Sneezy,

You have a good eye. That is the look I wanted. I really would have liked the rear wheel and back of the car to be a little more out of focus but My lens would not allow it. I Wanted the Daytona sign to be just as prominent as the car. The hardest part of this picture was removing US-92 highway that runs under the sign.

Thanks for looking, and the critique,

Ronnie

If that's what you were going for you managed it perfectly! I am trying to learn to see stuff like that. I've been practicing I look at everything that's posted and try to figure out what's good and what's not.

It helps me to figure out what I'm doing right and wrong!

Hi Sneezy,

My 18/200 lens is not as fast as I would like it to be but is does a pretty good job for Me. A 2.8 lens would have given me more to work with, but Ireally only shoot weddings and portrait type stuff now.

You do have a good eye and I'm sure you will learn a lot of different techniques as time goes by.

Ronnie
