This January moon has me contemplating a lens bigger than 200mm....Do you guys put much stock in teleconverters?

This was 5am Sunday morning.....

Nice Paxfish. I like this alot. I only use a bridge camera (fujis5600) the max zoom is 300mm and I use a 2x tele-converter. I don't see anything wrong with them. Keep the moon shots coming, they are getting better.

What camera are you using? I've used Tcon 14b and Tcon 17 converters on my FZ20 and V-LUX 1 and they work great and I wound not do without them.

If you decide to try one, you need to go to the camera forum and ask which one works best with your camera lens. Each one has different charastics with different cameras so investigate before you do anything.
