Nice captures I'm impressed that she didn't bolt!!! It looks like a lovely place to shoot and even with the branches you have managed to get an angle that is not too covered.

great capture

i like it. i actually quite like the wider version.

i think maybe to add that bit more emphisis on the deer and help draw the viewers eye in i would eveer so slightly desaturate the branches and increase contrast and then slightly over saturat the deer and again pump the contrast a bit. maybe add a bit of unsharp to the deer just to give it that extra punch to reach through all those branches

Thanks so much for the kindcomments.

I am not so sure on how to go about doing theprocessing you are talking about here Ken. I am running PS 7.0 software. Just throwing a wild guess out there, but would I be selective on the branches and the deer using the magic wand, or is there another easier technique?

EDIT: I have done what I think you have suggested. Although I am not sure if it is too much or too little. I ended up using the lasso tool.
