And I know in this one the train depo is out of focus so would changing my f stop have helped?

Those are very pleasant night shots. The train station might be a little fuzzy but it displays well on-screen at the size you posted. A smaller f-stop might have improved it at the expense or longer exposure, but not necessarily. I personally like the glow and warmth of the shots.

I like them all

My only thought, in the first one, it might have been nice to have longer "streaks" from the car llights. maybe even full lenth of street. As they are, they are somewhat distracting to my eye.
