Its a great shot! I very recently tried to take some waterfall shots, but had a very difficult time getting the exposure and composition just right.

Where are you from?

Carrots, I am from Hobart Tasmania. This was taken with my D50, with a 6 second exposure at f16. Using my 18-55Kit Lens.

Because I shot this in Raw, I was able to double expose it. Basically in photoshop, I set one exposure up how I wanted it and then the light on the top left of the shot was dulled down as it was pretty harsh, then I just layered the two shots together. Sort of like a HDR you could say.

The light in my eyes is enough to just melt away all your worries when I look at this shot. Just stare at it for a while and off they go.
