I have always wanted to do this. I would love to know what you think good or bad.

Thanks! Debbie

Hello Debbie,

I think it looks great. I really like the purple.

What a nice outcome for one of your first spot color attempts. You have a lovely model.

"...what you think good or bad." GOOD!

Good job Debbie on the selective coloring. It's fun to do this isn't it? :-)

Hi gilbill,
Thanks for compliments,Actually I really loved your picture,But innerly I had a feeling a little bit of tweaking is desired.
Like I wish - 1)the child skin be a liitle bit "soft"
2) A little bit of tinge of colour may enhance the whole picture ( this is were I tend to defer from your picture, that is my opinion)
So Now the next question how I did it -(in PS-CS2)
1)duplicate layer over the top of original backgorund.
2)Go to photo filter and give a little bit of warm filter I think it was yellow,it gives a bit reddish ting.
3) use Gaussian Blur & Blur the duplicate layer to the point where image begins to get blured
4) Come to layer palatte, convert the duplicate layer to multiple and reduce the opacity
5)Use history brush with lower opacity and paint over the flower ( Of course you know that)
