Very nice composition! I can't help but feel that springtime is coming after looking at this photo.

Only thing I can critique in the image is the right-hand corners. You may want to either slightly crop the corners or clone those corners to keep that feeling of solid ice at the top and bottom of the screen, with the water breaking it only along the diagonal.
