I Tottaly agree with Neil, it's bit blown.... but for me this shot is still a winner.

In situations like this, I shoot in RAW and underexpose a bit (usually by 1-1.5 stops). I can then up the exposure in camera raw if the exposure is too dark. It's easier to bring back detail this way, whereas with overexposure, the detail is gone forever.

I agree to shooot using a neg exposure comp.

You can extract more highlight detail using ps
