No, you didn´t. It makes alot of sense. Thank you. It´s a little bit oversaturated for my taste, but I like your version

Would you try to get rid of the straws sticking up everywhere?

Hiya buddy, been a few weeks since i was on here last......Right first of all you need to adjust the Levels bring down that brightness a touch and up the contrast, then i would personally use some unsharp mask then boost the Saturation just a touch and see what that looks like........I done my version i hope you don't mind??

Thanks for your participation. I don´t do much post processing myself but it sure can give some very nice results (smile) I must really dig deeper in PhotoShop

When I posted this picture I did also want to have an opinion on the straws and little twigs everywhere.

I often hike in deep forests with my camera and often feel the need to clean up (smile) before pressing the shutter button.

I wondered how other people would do - let it be the way it is or retouch. With my pixel by pixel technique It would take quite some time to retouch some thousands of forest pictures (smile)

Is there an easier way?

mcliu, I for one am quite comfortable with the idea of post processing together with other people. Why not? Just fun, all of it

Torgny

Thanks, it looks brilliant, like a bunch(?) of green gems (smaragds?) What tools did you use for the straws?
