Decided to see what you guys thought jus got my camera yesterday after much debate as to wich one to get... let me know what you think..

It was fun to scroll around and see the huge pink flower. Looks sharp enough and well exposed (though easier to see in the exif thumbnail.) Enjoy that Fuji and keep shooting and posting. You can downsize the jpg to 800 pixels max dimension after converting the image to 72 ppi for posting. Welcome to the forum, Mike.

Howzit Mike-

beautiful shot of that flower you got there... nice and sharp. next time, try placing your subject a bit off center - i find it gives the viewer a more interesting composition to look at (rule of thirds).

please note that i'm new at photography, this suggestion costs nothing, and may be worth that much

oh yeah, congrats on your new purchase! i used to shoot with a finepix s5100 - it's a heck of a camera!
