Ah that's better now I can see it :-)

OK there are a couple of things that I think could help.

Firstly I like the composition but would have removed the trees from the right side of the image as they are not adding anything (sometimes they do but not here).

Second, it is a little flat, I would play with levels or brightness/contrast to give some more pop and remove some of the haze.

A slight straighten, using the river as a horizon it is just under 1 deg (I'm really picky on this but my eye goes straight to it - ask anyone).

A slight saturation boost as well I think.

If you get a chance to go for this one again I would say expose slightly less so you have more colour in the sky and silhouette the buildings, a better way would to be use a graduated filter or multiple expose so you can build a HDR (high dynamic range) shot..... you can do a search here and find out more about the latter.

So it is a shot that has promise with a little work for the next time.

first thing i think when isee this shot is to overlay it over itself. see what you think
