Hi guys, well i got my canon xt for Christmas today and ive done a lot of reading beforehand to learn shooting techniques etc.

so i went out to the local country club to take some shots and please critique and comment good or bad, feedbcak is learning in my book

Merry Christmas

all of these were shot in aperture priority mode, when i get a hang of things a little more i might start doing manual!

thank you for replying, and they are over exposed just because it was extremely bright out i should have been using a smaller aperture, the coca colamachine and the Christmas light were both shot at 3.5 with iso either 100 or 200 its definately one of those, others where shot around f8 and f6

all with the canon xt kit lens (18-55mm)

thats a great photo of what you have! i will hopefully start taking extended nighttime exposures when i get my license then ill be able to drive to the closeby city (10 miles) and get some great pictures

what camera are you using?, and do you have any other pictures?
