To get feedback you have to give input. What are your thoughts on this and what is it you want to make better and why?

Composition's OK, but the sky is boring and the color balance on the figure is off. I neutralized the color on the figure and gave it a little bit more contrast, and I faked a cloudy sky. This might have been cool as a silhouette if the sky was interesting or better yet, a properly exposed sky with some off camera flash, if you're into that.

David has given you some pretty good advice. Here is my take on the boring sky.

Hi, and welcome to Steve's,

Both are very nice shots, but I llike the second shot better. It's to bad the horses feet are cut off at the bottom.I also agree with the comments of the others on the first shot. That is my two cents worth.

I actually like the original shot, but like Mugmar said, it's a pity the feet got cut out
I dunno if it'd improve the pic, but maybe clone out the light pole?
