As I watched the eclipse, taking pics every so often, I wondered what other forum members were doing the same. For that short time we were truly one with the experience. It was a nice view here in Ajax. I dont think my pics are as good as I had trouble focusing after the total eclipse because the auto focus wouldnt click in. But I got out in the cold and had a good time watching it. Thats an excellent coverage Dr. and very prompt posting.

Bynx: I bet Ajax was a bit warmer than Thunder Bay. I think I got a fairly severe frostbite towards the end!!!

Great series! I tried to shoot this last night but they did not come out very good at all. The moon always is a challenge worth shooting though.

Wow! I only saw one moon on Wednesday!!! LOL

This is a nice progression of the eclipse. I love how the moon changed color - your photos capture that change very well.
