Here in the USA, this weekend, is called Memorial Day, dedicated to the men and women who have served and gave their lives, for a cause, to reflect.

We have a song, America the Beautiful, which speaks of amber waves of grains, signifying the beauty of field after field, of grain, growing freely in the heartland of our nation. I tried to capture just one stalk, standing alone, yet surrounded by immense beauty....so in reality, it's not alone.

Please feel free to share your thoughts on my presentation......

I feel the light should be more centered so the scene is more evenly lit. As is its too dark on the left. But nice peaceful scene you have conveyed nonetheless.

I do agree on some of the mentioned by above poster. But move it just a bit to the left...but not too much...you don't want the plant to be in the middle...that just aint right....

Love this sunset....where can i get some ! :-)
