In most of your night-scene photo's the iso(sensitivty) is too

low for night-scenes where there is movement in the scene

use the night-scene setting on the camera this will give you

higher iso(more sensitivity)and a faster shutter speed to freeze the scene.

I actually caputured the motion blur on purpose, hoping to make it a bit more interesting, but also because of camera limitations.

Guess it didnt work :-p

I really like this shot. The blur has a nice ghost-like effect. I tried a modification, but I didn't do much at all. I couldn't see anything that made it look nicer in my opinion. Well done.
