I'd suggest a less central composition and a'flip horizontal'arrangement to fitthe eye'sperception directionfrom left to right..Love greenery mate, good try : )

Is the background ok or does it make focussing your view onto the main subject a bit difficult? Maybe a bit less depth of field?

....the overall composition & DOF does present one with a 'look here, uh oh and look there' proposition.

I hope you do not mind my attachment of a similar shot I made last summer, perhaps it may help in the discussion.

Contrast difference back - foreground due to sun / shadow

Depth of field with a peacefull darkerbackground.

most lines going the same point

all the leave tops are in the picture.

faint light reflection in the water.

Seems like a well planned out picture --> nice work.
