Jack, I like your shots, particularly the details of the engine. Nice polish job. Ive taken your first shot and given it more details in the shadows around the plane as well as the planes paint job itself.
WOW, nice job Bynx!
now if I could just learn how to do that on my shots of Egrets and Ibis.

Thanks John for your insight which are indeed correct. I had to make do with the Bi Planeas there were waaaay too many people there when they opened at 9am, so I waited until late afternoon when the show ended at 4pm. Funny how EVERYBODY seems to "Poof" leave as to beat the traffic. I was pretty much alone between 4 & 5 pm when most of my shots were taken.

This show was at Olympia, WA

Just a note to say they "use" to have a lot more responses in here. Lately not many! Maybe because it is summer?
ha ha... and I'll bet you're the only one that didn't have to fight it! (traffic)

I figured it was most likely in Wa. but, had to ask. we have a pretty good turnout for our anual "Fun N' Sun" fly in each year, although this last one they raised the admission fee quite a bit and the attendance was down as a result.
keep on click'n!
