Eddie and Bynx,

you are allowed to call me a ''not paying attention... whatever.''

The last picture has potential but it suffers from too wide of a rayfrom the sun, in my opinion. I think I would have waited a bit longer to see how the light would have been dispersed to more evenly match the softness of theray on the right; maybe not all that much. It seems as though it's overpowering that portion of the picture with its brightness.

Dont know what you mean by a not paying attention whatever? My reference was to those individuals who browse through the posts and never say anything one way or the other. 50 or 100 hits and not a word of encouragement or advice on how to improve. As far as Im concerned those individuals can take a flying jump through a donut and go someplace else. Everyone and anyone who has an eye that works has an opinion about something they are looking at and it doesnt hurt to say something.

Bynx,

the confusion was mine starting with this from me:

[ouote]''Bynx, I forgot to mention in your first picture the eye is held in the frame all the way to the top by the gentle display of the sun's remaining raysreflecting off the clouds.''[/quote]

I should have used the correct name, Eddie Haskell, not yours, for this comment, as it was his picture I was referencing. Eddie recognized my goof when he said ''thanks''.

That's why I said you and Eddie could call me a ''not paying attention... whatever.''

Peace.

It's all good Andrew.....

Bynx has contributed a lot, and shared much with me, and as with all who take the time to tutor this newbie...I'm very grateful

While 1 and 3 are nice shots, 2 is the one that jumps out at me.

I'm not sure I can really explain what it is about the lone patch of trees on the hill surrounded by nothingness and that beautiful sunset but it reminds me of a time and place...

Great work, keep shooting!

that's what I was saying about #2. It evokes a feeling. The other 2 don't really do that with me.
