I agree. The trees and the mountain are gorgeous - the clouds, not so much.

Outstanding image Agreed with JohnG on the clouds. A slight selective gamma correction and a little curves tweak would make them pop out!

Thanks to eveyone who offered comments/suggestions.

I wish I was more technically skilled as I have no idea how to do what was suggested about
"gamma" and curves. Are those contained in my Elements program?

I have a shot that I really like that is more of a panorama.

I will attempt to send it shortly.

Thanks again.

Mike

I have the Photoshop CS3 now, but I used Elements quite happily a quite a long time ago (ah, time is so relative a conception though:-)).

Certainly there are many ways to improve an image, and asfor these features; theyare very basic ones and therefore theyshould beincluded in the Elements also.Let's check it out, shall we? Assuming thatyou've just opened theprogram on the desktop and there's no image on the screen yet: File> Open> Image>Exposure for the gamma correction, and Image>Adjustments for the Curves. Please feel free to ask forany furtherelaboration either through this very post of yours or PM andI'd gladly write back within the range of my knowledge. Hope this helps : )

Cheers,

Bahadır
