Lazy Saturday morning around Nakusp, BC. The soft cool breeze heading in a north-eastern direction left the air crisp. The chirping of an osprey high over head is almost drowned out by the gentle lap of water against the shore. Nobody visited the dock that day, except for one plastic camera wielding warrior...

Any lomo fans about or are we all pixel peepers?

Way cool.

Lomo rocks.

Very effective use of the vignetting. The usual rule of "don't put the subject in the centre" can't work with lomo, if you don't you can't see the darned thing.

So nice composition, like the off-centre horizon, love the red flare, love the texture. Love the mixture of diagonal and vertical lines. Really excellent and dynamic feel.

Great choice of subject if you are using a toy camera.

Thank you peripatetic, lomo definitely is one of the most fun forms of film photography, imo anyway. Unexpected results is the name of the game. One of the things I like about that one as well is the tilted horizon that is defied by the dock tilting in the opposite direction. Here's one of my other favs.
