This one was taken today, with my Nikon D40 and 55-200mm lens. I think I'm improving regarding focus, but of course I'm trying to learn more and more. Do you think this crop is too tight? What else can be done in order to have better results?
Thanks!

It's better than any of the butterflies I ever manage, so I can't suggest any improvements. You have such a nice angle with your butterfly, I like the tighter crop. I don't think you need to add more background to place it somewhere but I'm no expert in this. I'd leave it just the way it is.
