This would have to be one of the easiest shots I've ever taken -- sitting in an easy chair while the kids had a bit of a romp at the aquarium.

Hi Paul,

Looks like a relaxing place to sit.

I think a couple of tweaks will give this a lift.

1. Crop the bottom off so you only see tank.

2. Play around with levels to boost contrast.

3. Increase the saturation in some areas (yellow, red, cyan).

That's about it.

I think this is pretty close to Mark's take on your shot. I just used auto settings, Shadow/Highlight and Unsharp Mask.

I think the main differences here are more contrast and also the is a white balance shift.
