The first is a good capture with the parrot doing something more interesting than just sitting there however the head being out of focus detracts from otherwise a nice shot.

The 2nd is framed uncomfortably so a loser shot or framed more up and left would have been better.

It sure is and it isn't without discussing with others that we keep learning. Posting in the C&T section is a good way of getting good shots even better.
