Default Misc Photos

I used Sanyo VPC-FH1, testing out the camera and learning to take good Close-up pictures. I have taken close up pics before but never really paid attention to the details and focus. All critique and criticism is welcome.

Whilst all of your photo's are good clear shots, there doesn't appear to be any rule of thirds
going on in your compositions especially with regards to position, angle, bokeh and scene,
these are the qualities that make some photo's stand out from the ordinary............musket

As a junior member you should read the rules or recommendations before you post. One submission for comments and criticism, NOT your album. Your pics are also too small to be seen properly thus commented on fairly.

I am asking criticism on the technique for close-ups, hence I followed the following statement "if you are giving a technique then more can be appropriate."

The original width is 1000px, and the rules says max of 750, so I posted the thumbnails. You can click the images to view the larger version.

Thanks for the comment Musket. I'll keep composition in mind, after I read more about it.

Youre quite right hsbsitez. My apologies, it was late at nite (early in the morning) and I was in a grumpy mood. After looking at your pics at full size my comments only concur with those of Musket. You have to watch your depth of field, composition, and to separate the background more from your subject. Mainly keep your eye out for the WOW factor. Thats when you look at your shot and go ....... WOW. If you can say that you dont need any else's opinion whether or not its good or not.
