Default Coffee Shop Displays

I am gathering a collection of my photos from over the years to put on display in coffee shops and lunch spots around the area that caters to office worker traffic.

Here is a photo that is typical of my collection. My question is; would this be good enough? Should I concentrate on themes? Would it be better to keep photos more abstract, or unspecific? Have any of you done this and have advise? I will not be offering these for sale. Thanks for any advise you have.
