Default Parliment Buildings

This was an overcast evening shot. I'm trying to work with elements of perspective, and I think it works for the most part. I need to figure out how to dim the glow of the lights. The sky is grey...because the sky was grey. All comments are welcomed.

I thought the shot needed to "Pop" as an evening shot. I think the trees make this difficult to make this a perspective study.
