Default skipton church

there is two churches in skipton within a few hundred yard of each other , here is the first the second will come shortly

Nice composition of a beautiful bulding! Beautiful lighting as well ...did you use HDR?

i really like shot #1, beautiful composition and the HDR adds interest. i really love the framing and the lead in with the sidewalk. nicely done

yes as always when i take these kind of shots i have a few more

Well, you've surprised me. I didn't know they were HDR, which I suppose is about the ultimite compliment.

As far as the images, I like them both, but the light was much better in the second shot and shows off the stone work.

the second church is definalty a thing of beauty even the grounds man offered me the chance to shoot from the back of the church which is closed to the public but sadly time was against me my shooting partner took some standard shots no hdr intended maybe she will post one or two to compare?
