Default practicing depth of field...

What do you mean by 'right'? Depth of field isn't a right or wrong thing. The question is which of the flowers did you want to be in focus? All of them? Just one of them?

The yellow is so entwined its hard to tell where one flower starts and the other ends. But I like the overall effect and colors.

I should have taken the pic with one of the flowers forward, but I was actually reversing my jeep to leave when I saw this flower and had to take a pic of it. I was trying to blur the background not really thinking whether I wanted one or all of the flowers to be in focus. I'll think about that on my future photos.

Thanks JohnG and Bynx for the feedback..... it helps in my quest to learn photography....
