Default Not sure where to start

I caught these 2 out in a park the other day.

It was windy, I had no tripod, and they just wouldn't sit STILL !

Where should I start?
Gee maybe the first question should is there anything worth salvaging or should I just step on them the next time I see them.

Alpha 350
ISO 200
1/60th sec
F/11
300mm

Hi there,
My opinion is no, don't step on them.....use a faster shutter speed instead!

Do you have any image editing software? This is a nice shot and needed a little boost.

Next time try using ISO 400 at F8, that should get your shutter speed up enough to stop the motion blur.

Thanks for the input.
It just seems to be an "if if if" sort of thing.
You know if I wasn't worried about DOF, if I wasn't worried about ISO noise,
IF THE DARN DITCH DIDN'T SEPARATE ME FROM THE SUBJECT... They weren't
what I was looking for.... You just gotta be ready for anything I guess....

I do appreciate your help though, YES, I've got Elements 6, I just wasn't sure
about the framing.

I'll just keep learning.
