YEAH I MADE A MISTAKE THIS MORNING i should have shot the whole sunrise from these locations below adding the fence and other surroundings works i think but when i realized the sunrise was almost over ... hopefully next weekend weather and work permiting i will get it right

Keep in mind that my opinion is just one view of your shot. I always believe that there is more than one way to do anything.

Its not an easy one to decide, Simon.

The one pix in posting #7 - is that picture #3? - is quite dramatic with a terriffic sky / approaching cloudbank, but its rendition is a bit over the top IMO.

On the other hand i like #4 and #5 as better, as the rendition is more to my taste. A bit too much foreground - all grass - in #4.

#5 would be perfect IMO with that diagonal fence adding perspective and interrest, if only part of the sky (upper left) would have more texture - the whole picture could probably do with a bit more contrast and "punch".

Interesting motiv, no doubt!

Simply amazing The third one as great. The fence really adds a sense of place to the shot and the HDR treatment is spot on.
