I really like the color and detail in this shot. There is just a bit to much empty space on the right hand side for my taste.

How are you liking your new 50D?

a more conventional crop for comparison

i am loving my 50d. great handling, good features, and great images. couldnt ask for more for what i do. adds many of the things i always wished my 20d had.

Fantastic image! I even liked the first one before the re-crop! I really dig the background bokeh going on!

I tend to agree with jerolin, the background was really nice and I didnt really mind it at all. I can think of useful things for it. And your conventional crop doesnt hurt the image at all. Great bokeh.

thank you guys.

this was shot with my ef-s 60mm 2.8 macro. which is my favorite lens. its ridiculously sharp and has great out of focus areas.
