Nice detail and color. I like the water droplets on the first one.

Each of the three has a good quality about it. The water drops in the first, the angle of the second. There is one bad petal at 4 o'clock that I would either fix or delete. My favorite is the third. I like the color and balance of it and the flower is complete. The background is too light for me so I changed that. Wanna have at it?

Gee, eddie - you are a master of flower-photography and I am running out of superlatives here. Just great! This last one is so powerful, it just pops you in the eye!!

But, Bynx is right - you may think of getting rid of the texture in the background. I can see it too, and it takes just a little of the attention (lookability as Bynx would call it...) away from the flower. Its mostly there on the bottom 1/3rd of the picture.

There ya go. Its not just my monitor. You are doing such a good job shooting the details of the flower you are also picking up the black cloth background with all the dust and white pieces of lint and other distracting things like shadows and the weave of the material. Now the weave isnt that objectionable, but those white flecks of lint are really distracting. Keeping the whole flower in frame is my preference unless you are really going in for a macro shot of the insides. Ive never had to take any blue pills. Wouldnt have a need if I did.

Really.....what do you use to display the maple leaf, or union Jack, or whatever your flag is called, on flag day?

Fine....see if you can rise to the occasion to critique this one....where I took a lil' more care in the BG

There ya go again. The whole flower is there except for the one petal you cut off. Some reason for that? Artistic licence perhaps. And the background has lots of white dust specks in the lower area. Other than that I like the depth of field you've used. Everything is in focus which makes the flower look really good.
I dont display the maple leaf or the union jack.
