I was actually hoping to get there before they cleared off any of the snow. but I didnt get there until 10:30 (thanks to said errand), not exactly early lol.
You really shouldn't have dropped the GF to work

Please stop using that camera.... I really don't need another one in my kit, or can you stop posting great shots (OK, so that is partly to do with you and partly the camera).

In my opinion the ploughed brick path just makes the picture. Just enough bricks uncovered to lead to the building. Otherwise it would be blank white and very uninteresting.

It looks so much like a 19th century lithograph. This I would definately frame.

Thanks Bob,

I actually did an edit just like that a few minutes ago. I think its a good compromise between the 2 shots.

I'm a bit late chiming in on this one. I fall in with those that like the first one better, and I like that high-key look (think that's what they mean by high-key, isn't it?). Taking out the second walk does improve it quite a bit though.

The shot does covey the sense of cold very well. Nice work.

Like the first one the best also, it gives a sense of space adding to the feeling of cold.
