Default barefoot, pregnant, in the shop

We are turning the extra room into a nursery complete with fresh paint and crown moulding. After numerous unsuccessful tries by me, Carrie became the coping queen.

One thing I couldnt' figure out how to do in ps elements 4 is reduce the highlight on her forehead. I am hoping I can do this with the latest ps elements that I am getting this weekend. I originally thought it would make a good biweekly shootout candidate but it didn't really fit that classic silhouette shot.

those highlights are clipped, the color information is just not there, nothing can bring those back.

but still, this is a good shot, i like the mono treatment and the strong contrasts. i think you could have cropped a bit off the left maybe.

What Hards said. The blown highlights aren't as big a distraction with b&w. I couldn't figure out how to bring out the figure more (thought it got a bit lost in a way) until hards brought up cropping the left side - I think that would fix what was bothering me. A nice picture, I like it.
