I liked that one shot too looks as if one can see right through the building!

Maybe I should consider using HDR to light up those trees!

They look like the same kind of rock seen all around Disneyland. Some sort of concrete. But the sign and the garbage bucket at top (which I didnt remove) all give the pic an unnatural look and really do spoil it for those who werent there. Keeping the memory of the Flamingo more to the forefront would for for those like yourself and others who actually saw the waterfall.
Hi Bynx, no problem here! The modification absoutly looks better. I didn't notice that the garbage bucket will give me the unnatural looking. Thank you for pointing it out...

The reflection on the buildings is the lucky shot! I went the spot twice (night and morning) and it gave me the best result during the morning time.

For a long time the interiors were all the same (red and gold) but Wynn started a trend for uniqueness when he opened the Mirage and that's continued, making for some nice variety. But if left on my own in Vegas, I would head west or north - either to Red Rock or to the Valley of Fire. Those are more my type of places to visit (though I did get some half-way decent street shots once at Fremont St. Experience).
Some buildings in Vegas are so fake which bored me. But some new buildings like Wynn, Center center are not bad IMO. Fremont St. Experience are another good place for visit. I personally love those old hotels in downtown. I missed those old hotels like Stardust, Nevada Landing...

those reflections are awsome , i just tried brightining the fore ground a little however it is the reflection that ticks the box for me great capture it as though the building is a cross shape x.

This isn't a C&C comment at all, but I'd just like to add that the Flamingo's gardens are great. I went there in March last year, and I was surprised at the gardens. They are so beautiful. Its a nice oasis in the middle of a dirty town.
