Captured Blue Jay @ Bandavgarh National park do let me know any improvements that would enhace this shot.

This is not a bad shot, but to truly work you would have to crop it closer, and therefore make it a wildlife shot, or crop it a bit further away, and make it a landscape, with the bird (and that interesting piece of twisted wood) as the point of focus for the eye.

Just cut it in half right down to middle vertically. Keep the right half.

If I'd crop it, thats how i'd do it. I do love the colors of this bird. Great shot.
