Default Need a little help

Well maybe a lot of help. Had a friend ask me if there was any way I could "fix" this shot. I've tried but I'm not very good at it yet. Any help?
Thanks,
Mike

My results werent much better than you already have. You have shadows and lens flare. It really pays to pay attention to whats in the viewfinder before you click the shutter. A slight shift one way or the other would have made a world of difference.

I was at work and he went fishing with another friend. I guess that's what he gets when he goes with a friend who thinks a camera phone is the way to take pictures. Thanks for trying.
