Default The George Vanderbilt Asheville Estate

I finally took a trip and got to take some pictures with my new D90. What better subject than George Vanderbilt's Asheville, NC Estate. A truly magnificent place to visit.

I agree with simple that there is a bit too much sky. I'd also like to see a bit more punch in the sky/clouds. Aside from that, a nice capture.

I quite like it, just as it is. That's quite some mansion, and the picture does a good job of giving you that sense.

nice picture of this gigantic mansion.

i agree with walter, could use some punch. playing around with curves a bit, just a tad more saturation and some sharpening would go along way to giving it a little more punch and crispness

A big place like that and not 1 bathroom. You have to use the one down the road at the 7-11.
