Photoshop Elements can do most that the full version of Photoshop does. I've been using the full version of Photoshop since PS3, and still tend to do things the way I first learned. When my computer was in the shop for a month I got PSE for my husband's computer, and a book on it. I discovered a really cool selection tool that I hadn't known about because of that experience.
