Default Portrait for Critique #2

In keeping with forum guidelines, I'm posting each of these for critique in a separate thread. This was also from the Arkansas Strobist Meet/Shoot Sunday. Photo was taken in an old well-house. Lighting was with a Pentax AF540FGZ fired through an umbrella over my right shoulder....with a hair light from the rear and a blue-gelled light front and above the model.

Camera Info: Pentax K-7, Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 lens, ISO 100, f/7.1, 33mm, 1/100th. Converted to B&W in CS4. All C&C welcome.

There is only a band of hair texture in the middle. Top and bottom are just black. Id like to see more even illumination on the hair so the texture is more evenly visible.

i think it's a bit dar on the right size on her shirt and wall.
not very convinced about the half-profile shot also, althoug it gives the idea of some "suspense"

the model seems to be very pretty. i would try to work more with her face
