Default Are you ready?

Forgive me for indulging with a subject matter that deals mostly with the USA, but what the hey, nut'n wrong about a lil' healthy pride of country, eh?

I know, I know....I've a few days still to go, and a trip to the firework purveyor yet, but heck, as a kid, I LOVED the 4TH of July!
The color, the pride, the picnics and parades, and of course, the fireworks.....

The hammock and barbecue ready, AND.....promise of sunshine, I'm ready!

Can I put another burger on for you?

PS: Simon, thanks mate!

Im sure ready for that hammock. And I like that plugin and what it does to vegetation and the texture on the bark of the tree. Nice one Eddie.

I like it too. It's not something you'd use all the time, but it fits with this picture. What was it that you used?

Cool image. Looks like you've carved out a little spot in the rain forest.

Very nice effect. Usually I hate that sort of thing but your image works very well.

Thanks all....
I'm still fooling around a lot, trying to figger it all out.
I ran this through the jpeg and noise program, gave it a much softer and smoother effect that I feel lends itself to the mood of the shot, do you?

And my truck, kinda like this effect

Very cool effects. I must have missed it somewhere, but what plug in did you use for this?
