Default Red-White-Orange-Pink

All shots taken from Digital sony Hx5v.

I am no Photographer i just point and shoot. All pictures taken in Auto Mode and later did minor light settings using photoshop Elements.

These are all very nice. Way too much water, though, IMO. It seems to take the focus off the subject. Water/dew on flowers should make them look fresh, not drowned. You chose good, healthy specimens and got in nice and tight. The last one looks like a Chihuly, one of my favorites.

Thank you for your comments it rained pretty heavily that day so got lots of water drops on the flowers

Red really doesnt come out well in photography. The first two flowers just dont look right with that red. Partially due to incorrect focus the red kills all details. From there your shots kept getting better until the last. Thats a great shot. But still you could have adjusted your fstop to have the whole flower head in focus.

Thanks this is my frist digital camera and i am still learning. Saw lots of photography videos on you tube to take better shots.

There was a catch when i took these photos all these flowers had fences around and nobody was allowed to go beyond the fences. I sure had to break some rules to get these shots although the security did ask me polietly to go back
