Default Team Huddle

Hello everyone! I shot this indoors at my friends basketball practice. Please give feedback on how I can improve the photo. I used:
Nikon D5000,55-200 lens, F/4, ISO 2500,1/320 sec in Aperture.

I like this, the shot has good composition and there is a film feel to it. What have you done for editing?

Thanks. I didn't need to do alot of editing to this one because I liked the skin tones. I need to know how do I make the guy in front pop out vs. everyone else? I use photoshop elements 8 for editing.
