Default Here fishy fishy......

We were on a fishing trip and I took this photo. what do you think?

Inasmuch as I believe a photo should evoke a feeling in the viewer, your picture is a winner. I want to be there!

Can't imagine what you were fishing for. I've never seen anyone troll so fast as to leave a wake.

The colors are excellent, and the view draws me into the photo. The rule of thirds is in play with the horizon and the transom, and I like the diagonals created by the wake.

Looks like open ocean. In Hawaii, common trolling speed for larger game is between 7-10 knots with a lure.

thanks Hawgwild! this was exactly what I wanted to do when I took the photo. I am no professional just love taking pics. And I always wonder when I look at my pics if it'll do just that. But I guess when I'm the one taking it and seeing it, it would be different for someone else looking at it right? did I make sense LOL.

Hi Brian, open ocean here on guam. trolling for marlins, maybe wahoo, or tuna....

It is a great feeling photo, the only way to improve on a day like that is seeing one of the poles bent in a U shape. Was the beer up front?
