Default Loneliness is such a drag

I've always wanted to get a shot like this and today I tried my best at it.
It came out better than I thought it would, but what do you guys think?

Very cool image, but there's almost no "horizon". I wonder how it would look with a very slight bluish haze where the sky meets the ground...

I like it. I think this is what I would call "artsy" -- in a good way.

Wow Acapulco, Thats a good shot. It was worth the wait in my opinion. It evokes feelings that are hard to describe. I want to go sit under it for a while and read some poetry! Frank

Thanks you all, very much for your time commenting and viewing

nwtim - the lack of horizon may be due to the fact that Im on top of a hill and there was about 30 minutes before pitch black outside with overcast and heavy fog so there was nothing to capture "behind" the tree.

hkmp50 - that was exactly what I was going for. So happy it turned out the way it did.

Can you imagine if there was just a little bit more snow?
